Designed and implemented a defence-in-depth Privileged Remote Access architecture aligned with Zero Trust principles and IEC 62443, enabling secure and auditable vendor access across offshore and onshore OT environments

Upgraded obsolete Integrated Control and Safety System infrastructure and modernise HMI graphics using Gray scaling while ensuring no impact to controllers, field I/O and normal plant operations.

Performed end-to-end Cause & Effect validation of F&G and ESD systems in line with industry standards ensuring system integrity, logic accuracy and compliance with safety requirements.

Integrated new subsea production wells into existing ICSS with minimal operational disruption including MCS/PCS/ESD interface modifications, Pl system handoff and subsea interface testing.

Rectified legacy issues and upgraded ESD and F&G systems to improve reliability. system performance and compliance while ensuring uninterrupted operational continuity.

Successfully transferred and commissioned the Stability & Positional Control System (SPCS) to new hardware platform ensuring uninterrupted support for critical marine operations.
