A virtual reference environment was used to replicate operational conditions and safely validate system responses before deployment activities. 

Comprehensive reporting procedures were established throughout the project, including punch list tracking, discrepancy management, screenshot verification, and controlled documentation updates to maintain traceability across all validation stages.
